#TAMAULIPAS | En el marco de la Comisión Permanente Hacendaria realizada en Tampico uno de los puntos principales tiene que ver con un esquema financiero para desastres naturales, para que los estados puedan asegurar casas, vialidades, infraestructura, para no verse afectados en el caso de una contingencia natural.
Carlos Irán Ramírez González, secretario de Finanzas de Tamaulipas, fue quien destacó este punto en dicho encuentro realizado desde el sur de la entidad, que recibió a los secretarios de Finanzas de todas las entidades federativas del país, en un evento que tiene una relevancia nacional.
“Eso fue lo que estuvimos trabajando hoy en la mañana. Estuvieron el titular, Héctor Santana Suárez, titular de la unidad de seguros y pensiones de la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público, así como compañeros de Agroasemex y diversos otros compañeros que estuvieron compartiendo experiencias con lo que se vivió, para ellos le llaman la huasteca, en Veracruz”, explicó.
El funcionario estatal se refirió al desastre que dejaron las precipitaciones intensas en el estado de Veracruz, que dejó una serie de daños por el desbordamiento de ríos, lagunas e inundaciones. Que se trata de un ejemplo para poder definir cuáles son los aspectos en riesgo y se puedan asegurar, es decir, desde escuelas, hospitales, carreteras o hasta cultivos, lo que cada estado defina.
Expuso el secretario que para que eso no vuelva a suceder, refiriéndose al caso de Veracruz, “hay esquemas financieros a los que podemos acceder, tanto seguros como Agroasemex, es del gobierno federal y también la iniciativa privada tiene sus asegurados. Entonces estaban ahí mostrando estadísticas y como lo primero que tienes que hacer es que vas a asegurar, y tú puedes acreditar la propiedad de los bienes, tanto como escuela, como edificios, y cuáles son tus prioridades hasta qué alcance quieres también tener asegurado”.
Detalló Ramírez González que “son diversos ejercicios que, como te dije, decía en la pregunta anterior, son experiencias que han vivido otros estados, que comparten, así como nosotros compartimos el de nosotros, para poder llegar a un buen fin”.
Respecto ai recurso que los estados de la República pueden obtener por los seguros y recuperar los daños, recalcó la autoridad que “la cantidad es infinita, tú le pones el tope, es como un seguro de vida, un seguro de auto, tú le pones el tope de acuerdo a tu inventario”.
Esto va a generar que cada entidad federativa se pueda poner de acuerdo con la finalidad de conocer qué es lo que va a querer asegurar, relacionado a los riesgos más comunes que tenga cada estado, que va desde huracanes, inundaciones, derrumbes, incendios, entre otros.
