🔸 Los diputados locales señalaron que son la primera entidad de México en comenzar a organizar las elecciones judiciales para junio de 2025.
#TAMAULIPAS | La 66 Legislatura de Tamaulipas se convirtió en el primer estado en homologar la reforma federal a la local, poniendo la muestra a otras entidades del país.
La iniciativa para reformar el Poder Judicial tiene como objetivo llamar a elecciones y, con el voto popular, elegir a los magistrados y jueces, en junio del 2025, de esta manera se convierte en ejemplo nacional al ser la primera entidad en realizarlo, afirmó el diputado Local Humberto Prieto Herrera.
El presidente de la Junta de Gobierno del Congreso de Tamaulipas dijo: “somos el primer estado a nivel nacional en empezar estos trabajos, así que vamos a dar el ejemplo como siempre lo hacemos para que el próximo año, en junio del próximo año podamos elegir a un poder judicial en el estado”, señaló.
El diputado tamaulipeco afirmó que el Poder Judicial debe ser emanado, elegido y al servicio del pueblo, para que las personas excluidas, discriminadas y que nunca han tenido voz, cuenten con pleno acceso a una justicia pronta, expedita y gratuita.
“Y el Poder Judicial ya no responderá al servicio de los intereses ni a los privilegios de unos cuantos. Ahora, su único interés será el impartir justicia al pueblo de manera pronta, expedita, gratuita y apegada a derecho”, dijo Prieto Herrera.
Durante la conferencia impartida sobre la Reforma al Poder Judicial, por parte del diputado federal Sergio Gutiérrez, se dejó en claro que Tamaulipas es pionero en llevar el proceso de elección y renovación del Poder Judicial del Estado para el 2025.
El presidente de la Cámara de Diputados mencionó que algunas entidades ya han avanzado en su legislación y han contemplado algunos para el 2025 y el 2027.
