#CDMX | El Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional (EZLN) anunció que realizará un viaje a la Ciudad de México (CDMX) en diciembre del 2026 para sostener un encuentro con madres buscadoras de personas desaparecidas, como parte de las actividades anunciadas durante el primer día del Semillero Guerra contra la Humanidad, realizado en Chiapas.
Durante la jornada, integrantes del movimiento zapatista señalaron que buscarán reunirse con familiares de personas desaparecidas para escuchar sus testimonios y compartir un mensaje de acompañamiento desde las comunidades del sureste mexicano.
El EZLN indicó que el objetivo del encuentro será acercarse a quienes participan en los colectivos de búsqueda y reconocer el trabajo que realizan para localizar a sus seres queridos, así como exigir respuestas ante los casos de desaparición.
Durante el evento realizado en territorio chiapaneco, el movimiento zapatista señaló que existe una coincidencia con las demandas de las familias que buscan a sus desaparecidos, principalmente en la necesidad de conocer la verdad sobre lo ocurrido y avanzar en los procesos de justicia.
El EZLN expresó que desde las comunidades indígenas y las montañas del sureste comparten el dolor de las familias afectadas por las desapariciones y reconocen el esfuerzo que mantienen los colectivos de búsqueda.
La organización adelantó que el encuentro en la CDMX será un espacio para escuchar directamente a las madres buscadoras y conocer sus experiencias en la búsqueda de información y respuestas institucionales.
El anuncio fue realizado durante las actividades del Semillero Guerra contra la Humanidad, un encuentro convocado por el EZLN en Chiapas para abordar distintas problemáticas sociales y políticas.
En el marco de este evento, el movimiento zapatista ha planteado discusiones relacionadas con la vîolêncîa, las desigualdades y las condiciones que enfrentan diversos sectores de la población.
La reunión programada con las madres buscadoras en CDMX se suma a las acciones de acercamiento que organizaciones sociales han impulsado con colectivos de familiares de personas desaparecidas en distintas regiones del país.
Las familias buscadoras han mantenido durante años movilizaciones para exigir investigaciones, localización de sus seres queridos y atención por parte de las autoridades.
De acuerdo con lo informado por el EZLN, la visita a la CDMX se realizará durante diciembre, aunque hasta el momento no se han dado a conocer detalles sobre la fecha exacta, sede o los colectivos que participarían en la reunión.
