#NACIONAL | La Jueza de Control Paulina Piña vinculó a proceso penal al empresario Alejandro “N”, su hijo Germán “N”, su esposa Karla «N» y su socio Othón “N”, por el delito de homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa, por haberse cometido con ventaja; Alejandro N y Othón, permanecerán en libertad hasta que un Juez Federal decida sobre tal condición, en tanto, los dos detenidos esta noche fueron ingresados al centro penitenciario de Barrientos, en esta demarcación.
La Jueza del caso, en audiencia, que se prolongó por casi seis horas con tres de recesos, aceptó las pruebas presentadas por el Ministerio Público, y decretó iniciar proceso penal en contra de los cuatro señalados por el delito de “homicidio calificado en grado de tentativa, por haberse cometido con ventaja”, en un hecho de violencia registrado el 19 de julio durante un torneo de pádel en Atizapán de Zaragoza, en el cual los señalados son investigados por una golpiza que sufrió Israel N.
Alejandro Germán “N” y Othón “N” no asistieron a la audiencia. Desde el lunes están en libertad al contar con una suspensión «provisional» declarada por un Juez de Distrito, para no ser privados de su libertad, debido a ello el lunes salieron del centro preventivo “Juan Fernández Albarrán”, de San Pedro Barrientos, en esta demarcación.
Cabe recordar que el jueves de la semana pasada, en Cancún, Quintana Roo, Alejandro “N”, su hijo Germán “N”, su esposa Karla «N» y su socio Othón N, fueron detenidos por la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM), en una acción conjunta con la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), Interpol, la Coordinación Nacional Antisecuestro (CONASE) y la Fiscalía General de Quintana Roo.
El domingo reciente, la FGJEM ingresó a los cuatro al Penal de Barrientos, sin embargo, el lunes, cuando apenas comenzaba la audiencia inicial del caso, la Jueza de Control Paulina Piña ordenó la libertad inmediata de Alejandro y de Othón, en cumplimiento a la suspensión emitida por el Juzgado Federal de Distrito 14 en materia de amparos.
Al concluir la audiencia, la cual se reanudó este martes a las 11 de la mañana y se prolongó hasta las 18:40 horas, la esposa del empresario Karla y su hijo Germán, instalados en la vitrina de seguridad, escucharon la vinculación a proceso dictaminada en contra de los cuatro señalados; y la medida cautelar de prisión preventiva justificada para ambos.
Respecto a lo que hace Othón «N» y a Alejandro «N», la Jueza dijo que ambos «quedan a disposición de la autoridad federal por lo que hace a su libertad personal».
La sesión se desarrolló sin acceso a medios de comunicación a solicitud de abogados de los acusados, que argumentaron que en redes sociales se hacía daño a la imagen de los señalados, y requirió ejercer su derecho a que la sesión se realizara en privado.
Al concluir la audiencia, fuera del edificio de los juzgados, Aldo David Acevedo Paredes, uno de los abogados de la víctima Israel “N”, informó que la Juez aceptó las pruebas aportadas por el Ministerio Público: el vídeo (difundido en redes sociales sobre la golpiza que sufrió el entrenador Irsael N), las periciales de las lesiones que sufrió Israel y los testimonios de testigos que observaron el desarrollo de los hechos registrados en las canchas de pádel de Atizapán de Zaragoza.
De su lado, Rafael Reyes, uno de los abogados de los cuatro imputados, insistió en que se busca llegar a un acuerdo reparatorio. Dijo que tras conocer la decisión de la Jueza, Germán “N” y Karla «N», “están impactados emocionalmente, tristes por ver que no existe en este país, ni la legalidad ni el derecho”.
Insistió que la señora Karla ni siquiera intervino en los hechos que le imputan, como se ve en los mismos vídeos difundidos en redes sociales, planteó que “si de ahí se desprende un homicidio en grado de tentativa, yo no sé de qué estamos hablando”, comentó.
El Tribunal de Justicia del Estado de México, en su tarjeta informativa difundida el lunes, planteó que «el pasado 19 de julio durante un partido de pádel, Othón N, Alejandro N, Karla N y Germán N, habrían agredido física y verbalmente a Israel N; en tanto, Alejandro N lo habría amenazado de muerte mientras lo sometía en el suelo «. Esta noche, los dos detenidos fueron ingresados al Penal de Barrientos ubicado en Tlalnepantla.
