#VIRAL | El video de un ciclista en México se ha comenzado a viralizar por su forma irresponsable de manejar al poner en riesgo su propia vida y la de los automovilistas que circulaban sobre una carretera libre de doble sentido, la cual aún no ha sido revelada por la cuenta que publicó la grabación.
En las imágenes se puede observar al imprudente ciclista intentando rebasar a un camión cisterna en una zona de descenso y durante las curvas pronunciadas. En sus peligrosas maniobras el pedalista invadió por lo menos en tres ocasiones el carril contrario a pesar del constante paso de automovilistas y camiones de pasajeros.
En el video publicado, que tiene una duración de más de 30 segundos, fueron al menos tres ocasiones en las que el ciclista pudo haber muerto o provocado un accidente a los conductores. Esto ha generado una gran polémica entre los usuarios de las plataformas sociales porque hay quienes defienden el actuar del pedalista y otros que consideran que pudo generar una catástrofe que le costara la vida a muchas personas.
En México se registraron 284 muertes de ciclistas tan solo en 2023 de acuerdo con información proporcionada por la organización “Ni una muerte vial”. En su informe señala que las diez entidades con más muertes de peatones, ciclistas y motociclistas en ese año fueron; Estado de México con 241, Veracruz con 195, Guanajuato con 195, Sinaloa con 170 y Jalisco con 140.
Seguido de Chihuahua con 137, Puebla con 137, Ciudad de México con 137, Tamaulipas con 129 y Nuevo León con 120.
